Payment & Shipping

Payment methods

We offer the payment methods Paypal, Paypal Pay Later, direct debit, Giropay, instant transfer and debit or credit card.

All our payment options are processed by the service provider Paypal. Possible refunds are also processed via the payment service provider Paypal.

Shipping & Shipping Costs

We currently only ship within Germany.

The shipping costs per order amount to 5.95€ (incl. VAT) for an order value up to 20.00€.

The shipping costs per order amount to 3.95€ (including VAT) for an order value between 20.01€ and 39.99€.

For orders over 40.00€ there are no shipping costs.

 

Return shipment

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs (€5.95). In principle, only complete, undamaged and unopened items can be returned to us. Items that are sealed with a hygiene seal can only be returned with an undamaged hygiene seal.

Please register your return in our returns portal . Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the goods arrive damaged or faulty, please report this in our returns portal , stating your order number, the delivery note number and, if possible, a photo of the damage. Our customer service will check the process and get back to you.

 

Shipping service providers

Your order will be shipped within Germany using the shipping service provider DHL.

 

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is between three and five working days. In individual cases, the shipping time may be longer. You can check the shipping status of your shipment using the tracking number at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html . You will receive an automatically generated tracking number with every order.
