Payment methods

We offer payment methods such as Paypal, Paypal Pay Later, and debit or credit card.

All our payment options are processed by the service provider Paypal. Possible refunds will also be processed via the payment service provider Paypal.

Shipping & Shipping Costs

We currently only ship within Germany.

Shipping costs per order amount to €5.95 (incl. VAT) for orders up to €20.00.

Shipping costs per order amount to €3.95 (incl. VAT) for orders between €20.01 and €39.99.

For orders over €40.00, shipping is free.

 

Returns

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping (€5.95). In principle, only complete, undamaged, and unopened items can be returned to us. Items sealed with a hygiene seal can only be returned with an undamaged hygiene seal.

Please register your return via your customer account or via our contact form, stating your order number. To log into your customer account, you need the email address you used for the purchase. A PIN code will be sent to you to log in. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible after your return registration.

If the goods arrived damaged or faulty, please also report this via the return process in your customer account or via our contact form, stating your order number, the delivery note number, and, if possible, a picture of the damage. Our customer service will review the process and get back to you.

 

Shipping service provider

Your order will be shipped within Germany with the shipping service provider DHL.

 

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is between three and five working days. In individual cases, shipping time may be longer. You can check the shipping status of your shipment using the tracking number at https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html. You will receive an automatically generated tracking number with every order.
