Conditions of Participation for Discount Campaigns & Competitions
1st Discount campaigns
GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH, Münchener Str. 21, 85123 Karlskron, hereinafter referred to as GRÜNSPECHT, organizes discount campaigns on the websites www.gruenspecht.de and www.elanee.de . By participating in the discount campaign, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions of participation.
The discount code can be used during the specified period and for the specified items.
The discount code can be redeemed as long as stocks of the goods last. After the promotion has expired, there is no right to redeem the discount code.
GRÜNSPECHT reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the discount campaign at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, GRÜNSPECHT will only make use of this option if the proper implementation of the campaign cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons. GRÜNSPECHT is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances outside of our area of responsibility.

What can you win?
By participating you have the opportunity to win the prizes mentioned, which are on the

or through various opinion polls (conducted by GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH) of the brands GRÜNSPECHT and ELANEE.

Participation in the current competition takes place at

or via forms for the purpose of opinion polls.
Participation in the competition as part of the Advent calendar or the Advent raffle takes place at www.gruenspecht.de/adventskalender or at www.elanee.de/adventsverlosung-elanee/ .
The prize or prizes will be raffled off among all participants. Participation is by fulfilling the conditions stated in the Instagram post or on the website or opinion poll. Postal entries will not be considered in the raffle.
Over what period will the campaign take place?

Who can participate?
Participation is free and open to any natural person. Persons aged 18 and over with an address in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Participation requires the truthful provision of the relevant data. Competition clubs and automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Please only participate once. Multiple registrations do not increase your chances of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.
Who is excluded from participation?
GRÜNSPECHT is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. GRÜNSPECHT employees and their relatives are not permitted to take part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
How are the winners determined?
The winners will be chosen by GRÜNSPECHT in an independent lottery among all participants.
How do I know if I have won?
The winner will be notified by personal contact from GRÜNSPECHT. The winner will then send GRÜNSPECHT their address as a private message using the corresponding function on GRÜNSPECHT's Instagram page or by sending an email to communication@gruenspecht.de . In some cases, it is also possible to provide contact details using a form on the website.
How do I receive my winnings?
When notified of their win, the winner will be asked to provide GRÜNSPECHT with the contact details provided for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided are correct.
What happens if I don't respond after being notified of my win?
If a winner does not contact GRÜNSPECHT within 7 days (in exceptional cases this period can be shorter) of being notified of the win, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the group of eligible participants. The same applies if a winner provides GRÜNSPECHT with incorrect contact details and the sending or handing over of the prize is therefore not possible.

GRÜNSPECHT is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances outside of our area of responsibility. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced with prizes of equivalent value.
privacy policy
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority. Participants' data will only be stored for the purpose of the competition and used to contact the winners. The data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted no later than 6 months after the draw.
Miscellaneous
Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other people. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation remains unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. GRÜNSPECHT reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
