We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our company, GRÜNSPECHT Naturprodukte GmbH, and our subsidiaries, to join us as soon as possible on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Product Development: You will drive the development of new products and put innovative ideas into action. In doing so, you will actively manage technical documentation and prepare items such as risk management documentation and all necessary product documents.
• Product Maintenance & Optimization: You will manage a portion of our existing product portfolio and ensure its continuous improvement and required documentation.
• Inventory Monitoring & Purchasing: Together with the purchasing department, you will monitor stock levels and coordinate production planning.
• Sales, Marketing & QM Support: You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and quality management teams to support them in their tasks.
• Analysis & Reporting: You will create regular analyses and statistics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

We are looking for an administrative clerk/planner for our GRÜNSPECHT brand in the areas of purchasing and production control, for a minimum of 24 hours per week or, ideally, full-time. In our steadily growing team, you will independently manage purchasing and production planning for a defined area, as well as coordination throughout the product lifecycle.


Responsibilities

Purchasing/Production Control:

• Operational purchasing and production control for a specific product range
• Optimization of purchasing processes and implementation of purchasing strategies
• Preparation and processing of orders, including supplier complaint management
• Monitoring and maintenance of minimum stock levels
• Checking & coordination of delivery dates
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers
• Enjoyment of working with regional and international suppliers

Product Maintenance

• Coordination and processing of product changes
• Product maintenance of the range throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Support for sales and marketing regarding product-related questions, as well as preparation and provision of information for advertising activities
• Preparation of analyses and statistics, including research into competitor information
• Ongoing range maintenance using the merchandise management system
  

Qualifications

• Commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk/office clerk) or equivalent qualification
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to accurately maintain data and efficiently manage order processes.
• Good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, to interact with various teams and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, for managing product information and purchasing data.
• Interest in sustainable products and the willingness to identify with our company's values and philosophy.
