The organic heat pad with washable cover is ideal for the whole family due to its size and lightness. It provides pleasant warmth and provides relief from stomach aches and the like. The pleasantly soft waffle piqué cover made of 100% cotton (kbA) makes it particularly pleasant to use. The removable inner pad filled with organic rapeseed (kbA) can be easily heated in the microwave or oven. The rapeseed filler is an excellent source of heat as it can store heat for a long time and release it again in measured doses.
Areas of application
The organic rapeseed pillow with cover is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following applications:
- Abdominal pain/cramps
- Constipation and flatulence
- A cold
- General warming of cold parts of the body
Application and heating instructions
Before heating the pillow, check for unusual smells, mold or burn marks and dispose of them immediately if they are present. Please remove the inner pillow from the cover before heating it! There are the following options for heating it:
- Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110 °C for max. 4 minutes
- Heat in the microwave (follow the microwave manufacturer's instructions) at max. 300 watts for max. 1 minute
- Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time
Immediately after heating, distribute the heat evenly in the pillow by shaking it! Then put the inner pillow back in the cover. The first few times you heat it, a slight moisture build-up may occur on the surface, but this will disappear with repeated use.
