Rapeseed pillows are a traditional home remedy for soothing heat applications, as rapeseed can absorb heat very well and release it again in measured doses. The pillow can be easily heated in the microwave or oven. It is used for relaxation and can be used specifically to relieve physical complaints. Particularly soothing for: muscle pain/hardening, muscle/neck tension, stomach pain/cramps, constipation, flatulence, menstrual cramps and colds.

The organic rapeseed pillow is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following applications:

Application and heating instructions
There are the following options for heating:
- Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110 °C for max. 6 minutes
- Heat in the microwave (follow the microwave manufacturer's instructions) at max. 300 watts for max. 2 minutes
- Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time
Immediately after heating, distribute the heat evenly throughout the pillow by shaking it! The first few times you heat it, a slight moisture build-up may occur on the surface, but this will disappear with repeated use.
