The pillow can be easily warmed up in the microwave or oven. It serves to relax and can be specifically used to alleviate physical discomfort.

The cherry pit pillow is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following applications:

• Abdominal pain/cramps
• Constipation and flatulence
• Colds
• Muscle pain/stiffness
• Muscle/neck tension
• Menstrual discomfort
• General warming of cold body parts

Application and heating instructions

Check for unusual odors, mold or burn marks beforehand.

• Non-preheated oven: max. 110 °C for max. 5 minutes.
• Microwave: max. 300 watts for max. 1 minute.
• Alternatively, place on a hand-warm radiator or tiled stove for a longer time.

Immediately after heating, distribute heat evenly by shaking.

How do I use the cherry stone cushion correctly?
The cherry stone cushion is used as a warming cushion to relieve discomfort such as tension, abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, or cold feet. Simply warm it according to the instructions, place it on the affected body part, and enjoy the pleasant warmth.

How do I warm the cherry stone cushion correctly?
The cushion can be warmed either in the microwave or in the oven:

• In the microwave at a maximum of 300 watts for no more than 1 minute
• In a preheated oven at a maximum of 110 °C for up to 5 minutes

Please never overheat and always check the temperature before use – especially for children. The cushion must not be heated unsupervised.

The cushion is not warm enough - can the warming cushion be heated for longer than specified?
Generally, our heating instructions are designed to reach a certain minimum temperature with correct wattage and time settings. However, some microwaves in households behave differently, which may make it necessary to adjust the heating instructions. The optimal temperature of a warming cushion also often depends on personal warmth perception. If the desired warmth has not yet been reached, the cushion can be reheated under personal supervision in 15-second intervals, adhering to the specified wattage, until the warmth is perceived as pleasant. Please distribute the warmth evenly by shaking immediately after heating.



Is the cherry stone cushion suitable for children?
Yes, the cushion is also suitable for children from toddler age. It is handy, skin-friendly, and offers a gentle warming application – ideal for stomach aches or for warming up. Always check the temperature before use. For babies, smaller cushions with grape seed or flaxseed filling are more suitable.



What is the cherry stone cushion made of?
The cushion is filled with cleaned and dried cherry stones. The cover is made of 100% cotton and complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.


Can I wash the cherry stone cushion?
No, the cushion must not be washed or put in the dryer. The cherry stones would be damaged by moisture. If necessary, the surface can be carefully cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
