Cherry pit pillows are a traditional home remedy for soothing heat applications, as the filling can absorb heat very well and release it in a controlled manner. The pillow can be easily warmed in the microwave or oven. It serves to relax and can be used specifically to alleviate physical ailments.

The pillow can be used for short-term heat application to enhance well-being and specifically to alleviate physical ailments as part of heat therapy. For private household use only; suitable for babies, children, and adults.

The cherry pit pillow is suitable as a heat compress exclusively for the following areas of application:

• Abdominal pain/cramps
• Sluggish bowels and bloating
• Colds
• Muscle pain/stiffness
• Muscle/neck tension
• Menstrual discomfort
• General warming of cold body areas

Application and Heating Instructions

Before use, check for unusual odors, mildew, or burn marks.

• Non-preheated oven: max. 110 °C for max. 5 minutes.
• Microwave: max. 300 watts for max. 2 minutes.
• Alternatively, place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period.

Immediately after heating, distribute the warmth evenly by shaking.

Durability and disposal:

The product should be replaced after 4 years of normal use. The product can be disposed of with household waste and thermally recycled without problems. Please separate the individual components of the packaging by type and feed them into the corresponding recycling system. Please observe regional disposal guidelines.

How do I use the cherry stone pillow correctly?
The cherry stone pillow serves as a warming pillow and can provide soothing warmth for tension, abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, or cold feet. Simply warm it according to the instructions for use, place it on the affected body part, and relax.

How do I heat the cherry stone pillow?
The warming pillow can be brought to the right temperature in both the microwave and the oven:

• Microwave: max. 300 watts for a maximum of 1 minute
• Preheated oven: max. 110 °C for up to 5 minutes
  

Caution: Do not overheat and always check the temperature before applying – especially for children. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating.

The pillow is not warm enough yet – can I heat it longer?
Our time and wattage specifications are set so that the pillow reliably reaches a comfortable minimum temperature. Since microwaves can differ in their performance, it may be necessary to carefully extend the heating time. If more warmth is desired, reheat the pillow under supervision in intervals of 15 seconds at the specified wattage. After heating, shake the pillow briefly so that the warmth is evenly distributed.

Is the cherry stone pillow also suitable for children?
Yes, children from toddler age can safely use the pillow. It is handy, pleasant on the skin, and provides gentle warmth – perfect for stomach aches or cold hands. Always check the temperature before use. For babies, smaller pillows with grape seeds or flax seeds are recommended, as they conform better and are lighter.

What materials are used?
The pillow is filled with carefully cleaned, dried cherry stones. The cover is made of 100% cotton and complies with the
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.


Can I wash the cherry stone pillow?
No, please do not wash the pillow or put it in the dryer, as moisture would damage the cherry stones. To clean it, simply wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth.
