Our Zimmocca natural sponge from the Mediterranean region can absorb large amounts of water due to its fine pores. Natural sponges consist of a channel system in which each individual pore is connected to another. In comparison to plastic sponges, this channel system can easily absorb dirt and rinse it out of the sponge. This makes natural sponges particularly hygienic to use and ideal for sensitive skin types.
