Fat wool, also known colloquially as "raw wool", is used for natural care and warmth. It cares for stressed nipples as well as sensitive baby bottoms and skin areas. The practical dispenser allows for economical removal of the wool and is resealable. The wool is carefully selected new wool from controlled organic animal husbandry. The product may only be used once and must be disposed of after use.

Areas of application

• Take the required amount of wool from the dispenser box and cover the affected area with a thin layer.
• The wool has a skin-care and warming effect. It cares for stressed nipples as well as sensitive baby bottoms and skin areas.

Production:For our grease wool, we use carefully selected new wool from controlled organic livestock farming. The paper in the dispenser box is FSC-certified and comes from responsibly managed forests. The product is made in Germany.

Use:The dispenser allows for economical dispensing and does not use petroleum-based plastic packaging.

Durability:For hygienic reasons, the product can only be used once and must be disposed of after use.

Disposal:The wool can be disposed of in the organic waste bin and thermally recycled without any problems. Please separate the individual components of the packaging and send them to the appropriate recycling system. Please observe the regional disposal guidelines.

Was ist Bio-Fettwolle und wofür wird sie verwendet?
Bio-Fettwolle ist naturbelassene Schurwolle mit einem hohem Gehalt an Lanolin (Wollfett), gewonnen aus kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung. Sie eignet sich zur sanften Pflege empfindlicher Haut, z. B. im Windelbereich bei Babys oder bei beanspruchten Brustwarzen während der Stillzeit.

Ist Bio-Fettwolle für Neugeborene geeignet?
Ja, die GRÜNSPECHT Bio-Fettwolle ist besonders weich, atmungsaktiv und hautfreundlich – ideal für die empfindliche Haut von Neugeborenen und Babys.

Wie wende ich Bio-Fettwolle im Windelbereich an?
Ein kleines Stück der Wolle zwischen Haut und Windel legen – sie bildet eine schützende, fettende Schicht, ohne die Haut abzudichten. Vor jeder neuen Anwendung bitte frische Wolle verwenden.

Kann ich die Fettwolle auch bei wunden Brustwarzen in der Stillzeit verwenden?
Ja, viele Stillende nutzen Bio-Fettwolle zur sanften Pflege beanspruchter Brustwarzen. Einfach ein Stück Wolle auf die saubere Haut legen – das enthaltene Lanolin pflegt auf natürliche Weise. Vor dem Stillen bitte Rückstände entfernen.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Fettwolle und Heilwolle?
„Heilwolle“ ist ein umgangssprachlicher Begriff, der jedoch medizinische Wirkversprechen suggeriert. Da die GRÜNSPECHT Bio-Fettwolle ein Gebrauchsgegenstand und kein Medizinprodukt ist, verwenden wir den rechtlich korrekten Begriff Fettwolle.

Ist die Bio-Fettwolle waschbar oder wiederverwendbar?
Nein, aus hygienischen Gründen sollte die Fettwolle nach einmaliger Anwendung entsorgt werden. Sie ist nicht waschbar oder wiederverwendbar.

Woher stammt die Wolle in der GRÜNSPECHT Bio-Fettwolle?
Unsere Schurwolle stammt aus kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung (kbT) von Schafen aus Deutschland. Sie wird hierzulande schonend geschoren, sorgfältig kardiert und anschließend verpackt.
