Our GRÜNSPECHT organic finger paints are ideal for free painting with fingers, brushes, or sponges. The paints playfully promote the motor development and sensory perception of children aged 2 and up. The set contains four colors: yellow, red, blue, and green – each in a 120g cup. The paints are easy to mix; mixing instructions can be found on the packaging. They are suitable for many surfaces, such as paper, cardboard, wood, or stone. The resealable, flat cups keep the paint fresher for longer and are especially easy to use – even for small children's hands. The extra creamy consistency ensures that the paint is easy to apply and doesn't drip.

These organic finger paints are made from natural raw materials from certified organic farming – including cornstarch and plant-based color pigments of food and cosmetic grade. A natural bittering agent is also included to prevent accidental ingestion. The product is vegan, gluten-free, palm oil-free, and free of soy, milk, eggs, nuts, and parabens. Thanks to its water-soluble formula, residues can be easily removed from skin, clothing, and surfaces. The finger paints are free of harmful substances and comply with the European toy standard DIN EN 71-7. They are made in Germany.

The product is vegan and free from soy, milk, palm oil, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and parabens. Gluten-free.

From what age is the organic finger paint suitable?
The paints are specially designed for children aged 2 and up. Children under 3 should be supervised by a parent.

Is the finger paint washable?

Yes, it is water-soluble and easily removed from skin and smooth surfaces. Clothing can be washed in the washing machine. Any large residue should be rinsed out beforehand with lukewarm water.
For larger textiles, stains can be treated with a sponge or soft cloth and mild detergent, then dabbed with lukewarm water.

What ingredients are used?

The colors are made from renewable raw materials and plant-based pigments of food and cosmetic grade. They are vegan and free from palm oil, soy, parabens, milk, eggs, and nuts.

Is the paint truly safe for skin contact or if it gets into the mouth?

Yes, the paint is free of harmful substances and contains only skin-friendly ingredients. It also contains a bittering agent to deter children from swallowing it.

Where is the paint manufactured?

GRÜNSPECHT organic finger paints are manufactured in Germany and meet the European toy standard DIN EN 71-7.

How long do the colors last?

Unopened, the finger paint is usable until the best-before date printed on the packaging. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
Seal airtight to prevent drying out or spoilage.

Tips & hints:
Storage: After use, close the cups tightly and store in a dry place. Use soon after opening, as the paint contains no preservatives.

Cleaning: The color is water-soluble – rinse skin with warm water
Clean with soap and water. Rinse clothes in cold water before washing, then wash at 30°C.

The colors lose some intensity and become lighter after drying. This does not represent a quality defect and is unavoidable due to the natural color pigments.
