The organic neck pillow can be used for soothing heat applications for pain and tension in the shoulder and neck area. The fine rapeseeds adapt perfectly to the individual body shape. The rapeseed filler is an ideal source of heat as it can store heat for a long time and release it again in measured doses. The product can be easily heated in the microwave or oven.
Areas of application
The organic neck pillow is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following applications:
- Muscle pain/tightening
- Muscle/neck tension
- General warming of cold parts of the body
Application and heating instructions
Before warming the pillow, check for any unusual odors, mold or burn marks and dispose of them immediately if they are present.
There are the following options for heating:
- Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110 °C for max. 5 minutes
- Heat in the microwave at max. 300 watts for max. 2 minutes (follow the microwave manufacturer's instructions!). If the product is not warm enough, extend the heating in 15-second increments at the specified wattage under personal supervision up to a maximum temperature of 48° C.
- Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time
Immediately after heating, distribute the heat evenly throughout the pillow by shaking it! The first few times you heat it, a slight moisture build-up may occur on the surface, but this will disappear with repeated use.
