Finger paint glitter

Our GRÜNSPECHT glitter finger paints are ideal for free painting with fingers, brushes, or sponges. The paints playfully promote the motor development and sensory perception of children aged 2 and up. The finger paints are available in three sets with different colors – each in a 90g cup. The paints are characterized by their light, delicate coverage, creating exciting color effects and smooth gradients. They are suitable for many surfaces, such as paper, cardboard, wood, or stone. The resealable, flat cups keep the paint fresher for longer and are particularly easy to use – even for small children's hands. The extra creamy consistency ensures that the paint is easy to apply and doesn't drip.
The finger paint is formulated with raw materials from diverse sources, including renewable resources. We use plant-based and mineral pigments of cosmetic and food-grade quality. A natural bittering agent is also included to prevent accidental ingestion. The product is vegan, gluten-free, palm oil-free, and contains no soy, milk, eggs, nuts, or parabens. Thanks to its water-soluble formula, residues are easily removed from skin, clothing, and surfaces. The finger paints are free of harmful substances and comply with the European toy standard DIN EN 71-7. They are made in Germany.

From what age is finger paint suitable?
The finger paint was specially developed for children aged 2 and up. For children under 3 years old: Use should always be under adult supervision.

Is the finger paint washable?

Yes – the colors are water-soluble and can be easily removed from skin and smooth surfaces. Clothing can be machine-washed. It's best to rinse off any large amounts of color residue beforehand with lukewarm water. For larger items, stains can be treated with a soft cloth or sponge and a little mild detergent, then dabbed with lukewarm water.

What ingredients are used?
The formula is based on renewable raw materials and plant-based pigments of food and cosmetic grade. The colors are vegan and free from palm oil, soy, parabens, nuts, and animal-derived ingredients such as milk and eggs.

Is the finger paint safe for skin contact or if it gets into the mouth?

Yes, the colors are free of harmful substances and consist exclusively of skin-friendly ingredients. Additionally, a bittering agent prevents children from swallowing them.

Where is finger paint manufactured?
The products are manufactured in Germany and meet the requirements of the European toy standard DIN EN 71-7.

How long do the colors last?

Unopened cups can be used until the printed best-before date. Once opened, the paints should be used promptly and the cups sealed airtight to prevent drying out or spoilage.

Tips & Hints

• Storage:Carefully close the containers after use and store in a dry place. Use opened paints as soon as possible, as they do not contain conventional preservatives.
• Cleaning:The dye is water-soluble. Simply clean hands with warm water and soap. Rinse clothes in cold water first, then machine wash at 30°C.
• Color intensity:After drying, the colors appear slightly lighter. This is normal and due to the natural pigments – it is not an indication of a loss of quality.
