Description

Children discover the world with all their senses. With finger paints, little ones can unleash their creativity, paint, and experiment. This set includes complementary colors to our classic finger paints – perfect for expanding the color palette and creating magical masterpieces. The paints are characterized by their light, delicate opacity, which creates exciting color effects and subtle gradients.
The Glitter Finger Paint contains, among other things, organic corn starch as well as plant-based and mineral pigments of cosmetic and food quality. The paint has been tested by an independent testing institute in accordance with the toy standard DIN EN 71-7. We recommend the finger paint for children aged 2 years and above.

Areas of application

Finger paints enable creative painting, experimentation, and first artworks with fingers as well as tools such as brushes, stamps, or sponges. Suitable for paper, cardboard, wood, and stone; recommended from 2 years of age. Stir or shake well before use. Clean hands before and after use. Close cans airtight after use. Do not store opened cans for extended periods; observe the best-before date. Colors become lighter after drying.

Material:

Ingredients: Water, Sorbitol, Clay, Corn Starch (organic), Xanthan Gum, nature-identical Mica, vegetable and mineral pigments of cosmetic and food grade quality;

Preservative: Phenoxyethanol;

Bittering agent: Denatonium benzoate.

Vegan and free from gluten, soy, milk, palm oil, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and parabens.

Care instructions:

Textiles can be washed in the washing machine if soiled; remove coarse residues beforehand with lukewarm water. Treat larger textiles carefully with a sponge/soft cloth, delicate detergent, and some water, then dab with lukewarm water. Smooth surfaces can be wiped clean. Avoid contact with light-colored and sensitive textiles/surfaces.

Store container tightly closed and protect from direct sunlight or heat sources. Store in a dark and cool place.

Shelf life and disposal:

Separate packaging components by type and send to the appropriate recycling system. Observe regional disposal guidelines.

What age is the finger paint suitable for?
The finger paint was specially developed for children aged 2 and over. For children under 3 years of age: Use should always be supervised by adults.

Is the finger paint washable?

Yes – the paints are water-soluble and can be easily removed from skin and smooth surfaces. Clothing can be machine washed. It is best to rinse off coarse paint residue with lukewarm water beforehand. For larger textiles, stains can be treated with a soft cloth or sponge and a little mild detergent, then dabbed off with lukewarm water.

What ingredients are used?
The recipe is based on raw materials and plant-based pigments of food and cosmetic quality. The paints are vegan and free of palm oil, soy, parabens, and nuts, as well as animal ingredients such as milk and egg.

Is the finger paint safe if it comes into contact with skin or is ingested?

Yes, the paints are free of harmful substances and consist exclusively of skin-friendly ingredients. In addition, a bittering agent ensures that children are deterred from swallowing.

Where is the finger paint manufactured?
Production takes place in Germany. The products comply with the requirements of the European toy standard DIN EN 71-7.

How long do the paints last?

Unopened cups can be used until the printed best-before date. After opening, the paints should be used promptly and the cups sealed airtight to prevent drying out or spoilage.

Tips & Notes

• Storage:After use, close the cups carefully and store them in a dry place. Opened paints should be used up as soon as possible, as they do not contain conventional preservatives.
• Cleaning: The paint is water-soluble. Simply wash hands with warm water and soap. Rinse clothes with cold water first, then machine wash at 30 °C.
• Color intensity: The colors appear slightly lighter after drying. This is normal and due to the natural pigments – not an indication of loss of quality.
