The pillow can be easily warmed in the microwave or oven. It serves for relaxation and can be specifically used to alleviate physical discomfort.

The pillow can be used for short-term heat application to enhance well-being and specifically to alleviate physical discomfort as part of heat therapy. For private household use only; suitable for babies, children, and adults.

The cherry pit pillow is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following areas of application:

• Abdominal pain/cramps
• Sluggish bowels and flatulence
• Colds
• Muscle pain/stiffness
• Muscle/neck tension
• Menstrual discomfort
• General warming of cold body parts

Application and warming instructions

Before use, check for unusual odors, mildew, or burn marks.

• Unpreheated oven: max. 110 °C for max. 5 minutes.
• Microwave: max. 300 watts for max. 2 minutes.
• Alternatively, place on a hand-warm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period.

Immediately after heating, distribute heat evenly by shaking.

Durability and disposal:

The product should be replaced after 4 years of normal use. The product can be disposed of with general waste. Please separate the individual packaging components by type and send them to the appropriate recycling system. Please observe regional disposal guidelines.

How do I use the cherry stone pillow correctly?
The cherry stone pillow is used as a warming pillow to relieve discomfort such as tension, abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, or cold feet. Simply warm it according to the instructions, place it on the affected body part, and enjoy the pleasant warmth.

How do I heat the cherry stone pillow correctly?
The pillow can be heated either in the microwave or in the oven:

• In the microwave at a maximum of 300 watts for no more than 1 minute
• In a preheated oven at a maximum of 110 °C for up to 5 minutes
  

Please never overheat and always check the temperature before use – especially with children. The pillow must not be heated unsupervised.

The pillow does not get warm enough - can the heat pillow be heated longer than specified?
Basically, our heating instructions are designed to reach a certain minimum temperature with correct watt and time settings. However, some household microwaves behave differently, which may require adjusting the heating instructions. The optimal temperature of a heat pillow also often depends on personal warmth perception. If the desired warmth has not yet been reached, the pillow can be reheated under personal supervision in 15-second intervals, adhering to the specified wattage, until the warmth is perceived as pleasant. Please distribute the warmth evenly by shaking immediately after heating.



Is the cherry stone pillow suitable for children?
Yes, the pillow is also suitable for children from toddler age. However, smaller pillows (e.g., 16 x 16 cm) or our stuffed animals with inner heat pillows are better suited for children. For babies, pillows with grape seed or linseed filling in 12 x 12 cm are suitable.



What is the cherry stone pillow made of?
The pillow is filled with cleaned and dried cherry stones. The cover is made of 100% cotton and complies with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

Can I wash the cherry stone pillow?
No, the pillow must not be washed or put in the dryer. The cherry stones would be damaged by moisture. If necessary, the surface can be carefully cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
