Description

Grape seed pillows are a traditional home remedy for soothing heat applications. They can be easily warmed in the microwave or oven. Grape seeds absorb heat very well and release it gradually. The fine, lightly scented seeds nestle softly against the body and are therefore particularly suitable for young children. The soft cotton fleece makes them especially comfortable to use. A little comforter for stomach aches/cramps, constipation/gas, and colds.

Areas of application

The grape seed pillow is suitable as a heat pad exclusively for the following applications:

• Abdominal pain/cramps
• Constipation and flatulence
• A cold
• General warming of cold body parts

Instructions for use and heating

Before heating the pillow, check for unusual odors, mildew, or burn marks and dispose of immediately if any are found. The following heating methods are available:

• Heat in a non-preheated oven at max. 110 °C for max. 3 minutes.
• Heat in the microwave on the lowest or medium defrost setting (max. 180 watts!) for a maximum of 1 minute (refer to the microwave manufacturer's instructions!).
• Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for an extended period of time.

Immediately after heating, distribute the heat evenly throughout the pillow by shaking it! Slight moisture may form on the surface during the first few uses, but this will disappear with repeated applications.
